Somebody who keeps praising himself in public or in a group of people, when no-one else is praising him.

Adhjal gagri chhalkat jaaye, Bhari gagariya chuppe jaaye - A half filled vessel makes more noise.

When you carry a half empty vessel, it makes more noise as compared to filled one. In the same way, a person who knows less, pretends to know more and tries to act smart. On the other hand, a knowledgeable person is like a filled vessel who makes no noise or tries to pretend to be smart. His/her knowledge speaks on behalf of that person.

Jaat maraa tab jaaniyo jab tehri ho le - It ain't over till the fat lady sings

This means that until something is completed 100%, do not consider it complete. At a lot of times, we think it is over, because it is almost over, but there are always unforeseen factors at play in life, which lead to taking much longer to finish the last bits of something.

Jaisee karni, waisee bharni - As you sow, so shall you reap

This means that outcomes always depend on the actions. If you do wrong, you cannot expect the outcomes to be good, and vice versa. Also another one in Hindi for the same is "Boya ped babul ka to aam kaha te khaay", which means if you sow a babul tree, you cannot eat/expect mangoes out of that tree.
